One of the three wedding guests who were abducted on August 28 in Imo state’s Isiala Mbano Local Government Area after the ceremony has been liberated.
On Saturday, September 17, Collins Alaefula was freed after his family paid the full ransom demanded by the kidnappers.
Mmadu Promise and Victor Chibuike, the other wedding attendees, were earlier freed after their families paid the kidnappers a ransom.
A source told 1960nobs.ng;
“Alaefula Collins one of the three young men kidnapped over three weeks ago has finally been released.
“The kidnappers refused to release him last week together with his two other friends because according to the family, his ransom wasn’t complete.”
